We should all be proud of our heritage and records of my family history go farther back than the 16th Century.

On this Family History page, however, I start with two men who are my heros. Men who gave their lives so that we could live a free life. I am proud to be English because of men like these and as Cecil Rhodes once said:

"To be born an Englishman is to win first prize in the lottery of life".

My Great Uncle Charlie - Charles Fry - born 1887 - Died 9 November 1917 - WW1

My Uncle Arthur - Arthur Charles Smith - born 20 December 1920. Died 11 September 1941- WW2
